Hi, I'm Nick Brumfield.

REALTOR®. Army aviator. Airline pilot. And someone who believes military and civilian clients deserve a more personal way to find the right agent.

My career has been built around service, aviation, leadership, and making important decisions with care. As an Army Reserve aviator and civilian airline pilot, I understand how demanding military schedules and transitions can be for a family.

I'm also a licensed real estate professional affiliated with Team Linda Simmons Real Estate in Enterprise, Alabama. I created PCSAgentFinder because finding an agent in an unfamiliar market shouldn't mean blindly choosing a name from an online list.

You do not need a military connection to work with me. I offer the same personal agent-matching support for civilian moves—whether you’re relocating for work, family, retirement, or a change of scenery.

When you reach out, I personally learn about your move, research your destination market, and interview prospective real estate agents. My goal is to introduce you to someone who understands your needs, communicates well, and earns your confidence.

My role also includes helping you understand the home-buying process, explore questions about conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA financing options when applicable, and prepare for conversations about mortgage preapproval. I'll help you identify useful questions and connect with professionals who can address your local market and financing needs. Your lender determines eligibility and loan approval; your local agent guides the transaction.

How I’m compensated.

I receive compensation through Team Linda Simmons Real Estate when a referral results in a completed transaction under our brokerage referral agreement. The referral fee is paid by your agent's brokerage from the commission earned on your transaction—it is not an additional fee charged to you for using PCSAgentFinder.

Your agent's commission and any other transaction costs are addressed separately in your agreements with the professionals you choose.
